Carnauba wax comes from the Carnauba palm tree in Northern Brasil, the wax itself is removed from the surface of the trees leaves.

Carnauba wax makes a great car polish for a number of reasons.

• It is one of the hardest natural waxes around which means a long lasting, durable and glossy shine.
• It works very well in disguising tiny scratches or swirl marks
• It gives a glossy shine looking similar to wet paintwork so the polished results can be excellent.

Carnauba wax polish comes in a solid or liquid wax form, personally I prefer the solid wax, but it does require a little more elbow grease to create the friction to get the wax to melt sufficiently to be able to apply well.

Tip
